Which region of cuisine is healthiest?

It really depends on the disease, for example the Meditteranean and Japanese have the lowest rates of heart disease and cancer, whereas the western countries have the lowest incidence of malnourishment. There are heaps of statistics out there for a host of illnesses its impossible to point out one country as the 'healthiest' because each has its pros and cons.
