My health insurance through my work for my wife and I is $150.00 a month. Is that good?

Someone told me that is dirt cheap and it is being heavily subsidized. What does this mean, is it a bad thing? It's one of the best companies to work for in the state I live in and its a huge healthcare company. Is this why its not that expensive?
