Could i get a positive 3 days before my expected period?

okay so i am not due for my period until monday, and i have a lot of pregnancy symptoms, and i hope i am pregnant. The past few days everything i eat makes me very sick to my stomach like i want to vomit, well yesturday when i woke-up i thought i would have to run to the bathroom to get sick, and then early this morning i literally was dreaming that i was at the toilet getting sick constantly, and then i woke-up and had to go to the bathroom to get sick. Along with that my hurt so bad, and my feel so heavy and they look very full, and i have no energy for anything, and feel tired. If i am pregnant do you think i would get a positive result on friday which is the 16th? My period is due on the 19th, so 3 days before my period..... could my HCG level be high enough since i am having these feelings? I promise this isnt in my head.... i can't convince my body to do anything that isnt true.... believe me.. my doctor told my my stomach problems were all in the head last year for like 7 months straight, and i ended up having an insufficient gall bladder and had to have surgery. But anyways, my husband and i are TTCing and i would love to surprise him when he gets off work this friday if i am infact pregnant
