How can they answer if all they can afford is icebreakers on personals?

I have been talking to alot of ladys on personals and all they can afford is icebreakers,I can write them but they have no way of answering me and if you can not connect,the right one might be lost. Not everyone has credit cards and money to spare.How do i connect if i can not give my information???
