How do you dodge a Military DRAFT, in case its reinstated for War w/ Iran, Syria, N. Korea, Pakistan or china?

You go to another country until you're deported here. Then, you get arrested and thrown into jail for a much longer time than a war would last. All because you didn't want to go to war.
