Why is improv making me feel so awful?

I kno how you feel about how Scripted theater makes you more comfortable, i feel the same. But the thing you should realize about improv is that, you have the free choice to be Anyone you want to be, literally! It doesnt matter what you say because people can't judge you since your obviously acting as someone your not, and if people are still making fun of you or whatever, they need a wake up call to what acting is! So when you get up there be the first thing on your mind. Maybe thats a mother, or a teacher, or a baby, idk! sorry if im not making AnY sense! lol good luck with everything!
