Does anyone know if the Yankees have some minor league starting pitchers that can be impact pitchers?

Maybe the Yankees do not need to sign Cliff Lee for all that money. Does anyone think David Phelps, Jason Hirsh, Zach McCallister, Andrew Backman, Lance Pendleton or D.J. Mitchell can pitch well enough to join the Yankees soon?
