Whatever happened the the investigation of USC and Reggie Bush's family?

The last I heard is that the Bush family paid the money back. Now that is well & good, but what about the fact that it violates NCAA rules for a player or his family to receive monitary benefits? What really fires me up about this is the fact that Alabama lost 2 years of Post-Season play, 30 scholarships, & TV rights over a $15000 gift to recruit & his family which is wrong & against the rules. In the Bush case, we are talking about Hundreds of thousands of dollars...and nothing is being done about it. I for one think this is an absolute injustice & that the NCAA is playing favorite to one of its darlings. Just like they have done with this BCS jedi mind trick. Give USC the punishment they deserve, & it is not taking away that National Championship Season. It is penalizing the program for the future. And let the players win the National Championship on the field not in a computer or board room! Anyone else have any comments good or bad???
