How can I get into my dream university?

My dream university is Stanford University and I'd be really happy with UCLA or USC as well. Currently I am a sopre who's very concerned with college! I am in these cles right now: Honors Humanities English 10, Honors U.S. History 10, Algebra 2, Spanish 2, Honors Integrated Science 2, & AP Art History. Next year, I will be taking: AP Environmental Science, Honors European Literature, AP U.S. History OR AP European History (I don't know which one, but most likely AP U.S. History), Honors Pre Calculus, Spanish 3, & either Journalism OR Digital Graphic Arts (which are both UC/Cal State approved, but I just don't know which one to enroll in). Anyway, besides taking challenging courses (and doing well in them obviously), how else can I attend my dream school? How can I show the colleges I'm involved? I used to be in Track & Field, but it's not my forte and I'm not into playing the instrument. However, I am involved in a few clubs such as YAT (Youth Action Team) and CSF.
