Girls: do i like her?

i had a friends with benefits relationship with a girl I met 3 months ago. however, i got a bit immature and didnt know how to deal with her. so i started seeing someone and ended it with her. then i realized i did not even like my new gf so i ended it wih he and tried to go back to my friend, i really missed her. but i think my friend was hurt and wouldnt take me back. then she said she was seeing a guy although they werent exclusive and didnt want to do things with me. then he travels, then she hooks up with me and says it's fine because they aren't committed. then a few days later he came back and she "dumped" me and said they decided to be committed and official. i was really offended. why did she act like that? would she really do that if she really cared about me? and what about me, the fact that im hurt, doe this mean i really lke her?
