Cos the wife likes to watch rodeo wrecks and this bloke just got a serious working over by a bull who wasn't too happy and whacked him a few times on the bum. Then the commentator (who sounds like he's a few sandwiches short of a picnic) said OH AND HE'S BEEN PADDLED IN THE FANNY!!!! Can one of our American cousins explain what the hell is going on here!!!!
